By accessing or using the InkD platform, website, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use InkD. These terms apply to all users including clients, tattoo artists, studios, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
InkD provides an online marketplace connecting tattoo clients with tattoo artists and studios. The platform enables users to post tattoo ideas, receive proposals, communicate, book services, and process payments. InkD is not a tattoo provider and does not directly perform tattoo services.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary. InkD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information
- Communicate respectfully with other users
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
- Not attempt to bypass platform fees or policies
- Follow all applicable local laws and regulations
5. Artist and Studio Obligations
Artists and studios agree to:
- Maintain required licenses and certifications
- Provide accurate portfolio and availability information
- Honor accepted bookings and proposals
- Deliver services as described
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Use InkD for all payments related to platform bookings
6. Payments and Fees
Payments made through InkD are processed by third-party payment providers. Subscription fees, commissions, and service charges may apply. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Attempting to conduct transactions outside the platform for jobs initiated on InkD is strictly prohibited.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual artists and studios. InkD is not responsible for disputes related to completed tattoo services. We may assist with mediation but do not guarantee resolution outcomes.
8. Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of content they upload to InkD, including images and messages. By uploading content, you grant InkD a license to display and use it for platform operation and promotional purposes. You confirm you have the rights to any content you post.
9. Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited:
- Harassment or abuse of other users
- Fraudulent activity
- Impersonation
- Uploading copyrighted content without permission
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
- Using InkD for illegal services
10. Limitation of Liability
InkD provides the platform on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee the quality of tattoo services, user behavior, or outcomes. InkD is not liable for disputes, injuries, losses, or damages arising from interactions between users.
11. Termination
InkD reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service or engages in harmful behavior. Users may also close their accounts at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of InkD after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to InkD will be governed by the laws of the United States and resolved through binding arbitration where applicable.
